Duane Fouts – Designated Broker, Broker Since 1995
Duane Fouts was born and raised in Montana, moving to Arizona in 1987. He is no stranger to the real estate industry, having started his real estate career in 1988. Duane obtained his Arizona Brokers License in 1995 and spent many years as the Owner/Designated Broker for the largest real estate company in Arizona, managing as many as 1,850 agents in the firm.

With over 27 years of real estate experience, Claudia Ewen brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to West USA’s Broker Team as the newest Managing Broker. As a seasoned negotiator, mentor, and former member of larger teams, Claudia is committed to empowering agents with strategies for complex closings, contract negotiations, and day-to-day challenges. Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the West Valley, she is dedicated to fostering success for our diverse team and clients alike.
Dean N. Becker – Managing Broker, Broker Since 2006
Dean received his Real Estate license after moving to the valley in 2002 and acquired his Brokers license in 2006. He has been a Self-Employed Broker and Designated Broker/ Owner of both a small independent brokerage and an International Franchise brokerage before coming to West USA Realty. Dean has been with the Broker’s Office since 2018 and holds accreditations as a Certified Real Estate Instructor and a Certified Distressed Property Expert. He spend his off time traveling with family around the country for his kids hockey and soccer games.
Kyle Fouts – Managing Broker, Broker Since 2005
Kyle was born in northern Montana and moved to Phoenix with his family at the age of 7. After graduating from Coronado High School, while attending GCU he pursued a degree in Business Administration. After college he joined his family at Dan Schwartz Realty. He went on to get his Brokers license three years later and has been a managing broker here in the Valley for the last fifteen years. In 2004 he married his beautiful wife Lauren, they have 4 children together, Ayvery, Sydney, Georgia, & Oliver.
