COURSE OBJECTIVE:
Participants will learn how agency relationships are established, the AZ Revised Statutes, Administrative Code and NAR Codes of Ethics relating to agency and the AAR Forms, which establish the standard of care. In addition, the instructor will discuss current industry issues relating to agency and the practitioner’s day-to-day real estate service.
