Dustin was raised in Chandler, Arizona and graduated from Arizona State University with a Psychology degree in 1996. He began his real estate career in 2015 after 17 years in the Retail Industry, where he held C-level Executive positions for organizations such as Victoria’s Secret, Guess Inc., and The Body Shop. Dustin owes his success in real estate to having a strong operations and marketing background, knowledgeable and experienced mentors, and a self-driven work ethic. “Being awarded amongst the top volume producers the past six years has given me the motivation to only push myself harder for my clients.”

In addition to his knowledge of the Phoenix real estate market, Dustin has been widely impactful in the Prescott, Arizona market since being licensed. In 2017, Dustin broke a Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) record for selling 18 individual multifamily units in a 60 day period. “That was a crazy two months! But not as crazy as the month following when I had to help my client identify properties for the 1031 Exchange.”

Outside of being a driven real estate professional, Dustin is the Head Coach and GM for an internationally ranked, all Women’s Flag Football team based in Phoenix, AZ. Dustin and his team of extremely talented female players travel the globe and compete at a very high level against the best female athletes in the sport.

The Olive Family — Dustin, his wife Meredith, and their Shih-Tzu Leopold — are a unified front in the name of charity in Arizona. They manage two non-profits which give back to the communities they serve.
