For buyers, finding the right home and neighborhood can be an overwhelming and confusing process, particularly when moving from another state or country. Starting with a broader scope and using my market knowledge and experience, the process is continually refined and focused yielding the right home in the right location. Though more involved, it’s a worthwhile and rewarding process that delivers results that exceed my client’s expectations.
In real estate ‘service after the sale’ begins not at closing but when the home goes under contract. It is at that point where deals can fall apart. It is vitally important to be represented by a professional whose negotiating skills, persistence and network of industry experts, can navigate the process and any obstacles that may arise leading to a successful close of the transaction.
