During his time at West USA Realty, Johnnie has achieved a wide range of experience from ground up developments, investment acquisitions/sales, landlord/tenant rep leasing, and value-add turnarounds with a passion for syndicating commercial real estate opportunities. Joining West USA Realty’s Commercial Division in 2014 at the age of 19 while attending ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Graduating in 2017 with a Major in Business Communications and a Minor in Real Estate Development. As well as going back for an additional 90 hours of real estate schooling to upgrade from a sales agent’s license to a broker’s license, becoming an Associate Broker with West USA in early 2018.
