West USA Realty has anywhere from 1400 to 2000 agents licensed with West USA Realty at any given time. West USA Agents  are independent contractors and specialize in their preferred real estate field. A West USA Agent may specialize in multiple areas in real estate, from property-management to urban living, Equestrian or Commercial high rise sales.

West USA Brokers encourage and oversee the agents so they work in areas of their specialty. West USA Realty has training programs for agents and 3 full time Brokers that can be reached during business hours. West USA Realty also has a Broker on call after hours for emergencies. 

West USA also has free monthly accredited renewal hours that are open to all agents in the real estate industry and instructed by one of West USA’s Brokers.   We have regular weekly office meetings at each of our 5 offices with guest speakers introduced by our Managing Broker, Bob Stephens.  Hand picked by Bob, the speakers that are present are usually in the training field or a in service related/support service field for our Agents to utilize and benefit from.

West USA has held a convention or Expo on an annual basis and an awards banquet.  In 2007, West USA Realty’s held our annual grand event at the University of Phoenix Stadium, our largest venue ever.  We had over 170 vendor booths wherein companies  were available to show their products and services at this function.  A drawing for a H3 Hummer attracted a crowd along with guest speakers such as Blanche Evans with Realty Times,  J.D. Hayworth (former U.S. Congressman), Carla Cross, (renowned speaker), Chris Combs, Esq.,(A.A.R.’s counsel) , Bob Zany (world renowned comedian) and Sam Wercinski, ADRE Commissioner. West USA’s prior conventions and awards banquets have been held at the Hyatt Regency and the Phoenix Convention Center to name a few.
