Jon Kichen, Associate Broker

Jon Kichen is a veteran of the real estate business in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Jon obtained his real estate license in 1980 after moving to the Valley of the Sun.

Jon has previous experience in management and sales with other real estate firms prior to joining the brokerage team at West USA in 2002.

Kichen and Associates (1980 – 1986); Experience as an owner and in focused primarily on condo conversion sales and residential re-sales.
Merrill Lynch Realty (1986 – 1989); Experience in sales and as Sales Manager;
Merrill Lynch was purchased by Prudential and by 1990 franchised as Prudential Arizona Realty; Prudential Arizona Realty; 1989 – 1990.
Coldwell Banker (1990 – 1993); Sales Manager, Branch Manager; Arizona operation was purchased and transitioned into Coldwell Banker Success.
Coldwell Banker Success (1993 – 2002); Branch Manager – Jon managed name change and operational transition in addition to his leadership skills and support.
West USA Realty (2002 to current); Associate Broker, Recruiter, Trainer and Broker support of 1400-2000 agents.

Jon Kichen began teaching real estate sales courses and license renewal courses in 1993. Currently, Jon is certified to teach all required courses, and has been approved by Arizona Association of Realtors® to teach the NAR required Ethics Classes that all Realtors® must take every 4 years.
